PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF NONREDUCING SUGAR-CONTAINING CYCLODEXTRIN

A method of the preparation of nonreducing sugar-containing cyclodextrin having chemically stable nonreducing sugars is presented. Thus, hydrogen is added to the mixture of starch syrup having 15% cyclodextrin and 25% reducing sugars.
