PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent image quality without an image memory and a ghost image, etc., by developing by using developer having a specific dynamic resistance value and collecting the toner of a photosensitive body after a transfer stage simultaneously with the developing stage of a developing device. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic latent image formed in the exposure stage of an exposure part is developed by using the developer D having the dynamic resistance value of 2X10<10>-2X10<11>OMEGA.cm and the toner of the photosensitive body 2 after the transfer stage of the transfer device 6 is collected simultaneously with the developing stage of the developing device 5. Therefore, the sticking of the opposite polarity coloring powder onto the image carrier 2 caused by injecting charges at the time of developing, that means, inverted sticking onto a non-image part does not occur. And since the image density, etc., can be kept, the filter effect of coloring powder (t) invertedly sticked in the exposure stage to a next cycle can be removed. Thus, the excellent image without the image memory and the ghost can be obtained. |
