PURPOSE:To automatically and stably obtain a value quantitatively showing a bone change, by injecting an RI (radioactive isotope) in a living body to calculate the accumulation value of the RI to a bone. CONSTITUTION:An RI is injected in a patient from the elbow vein. The signal obtained from a gamma camera 2 is sent to an image memory 4 through an interface 3 to stored an image in said memory 4. This image is displayed on a display apparatus 5. An ROI (concern region) setting apparatus 6 automatically sets the ROI of the image and an operation apparatus 7 totally counts all of the images in the ROI. A data processing apparatus 8 adapts factor analysis to process the images in the ROI to calculate the contribution rate to a bone and the operation apparatus 7 multiplies said contribution rate by the numerical value of the total counting to calculate the accumulation value of the RI to the bone. On the basis of this accumulation value, a patient generating a bone change can be discriminated from a normal patient.
