Bedstead adjustment device for adjusting the position of the bedstead of a bed. It comprises a lifting device with which the height of bedstead support means can be adjusted. Furthermore, for space-saving arrangement of the bed and facilitating care of an ill person lying in the bed it is provided that the bedstead adjustment device have a rotating mounting with a vertical axis of rotation which permits the bedstead support means to be rotated about this axis of rotation.
