PURPOSE:To separate one page after the one page is finished to be printed by providing a print command signal receiving means, waiting time counting time, and control means of a sheet feeding means when the counting time reaches a predetermined value or more. CONSTITUTION:A pin tractor 2c is provided near a feed roller 2a. when a page eject command is input after the printing of one page P1 is finished, a sheet P is fed to a position where recording means 1 faces a predetermined printing head line G1 of next page P2, and waists for a next print command. Counting means 5 is set after the previous print command is input, the counting time 5 counts a print waiting time until a print command of next page is input. If the print command is not input even if a predetermined time is elapsed, the counting time 5 outputs a time-out signal. Control means 6 responds to the signal to control feeding means 2 to feed a continuous sheet P to a position where a predetermined printing head line G1 of next page P2 exceeds the position of the means 1 so that cutter PK of the sheet P faces cutting means 3. Accordingly, the sheet can be cut immediately after the print is finished to be rapidly coped therewith. |
