PURPOSE: A system and a program for managing relating information, and a recording medium for the same are provided to realize registration and management of relating information with the simple structure, and to facilitate retrieve and extraction of the relation including a position and time series. CONSTITUTION: The relating information management system for relating various information to each other for management is provided with a relation vector table KVT for storing the relation between various information, direction of that relation and the position and time series information thereof, and a retrieving device for retrieving the relating on the basis of the relation, the direction of that relation and the position and time series information thereof stored in the relation vector table and for outputting a relation chart, and a relation management table KKT for storing the relating as a master and a slave between the various information. The retrieving device outputs the relation map for displaying a change of the relation along the position and time series between the various information and the relation chart for displaying a connection between the various information with links.
