PURPOSE:To improve the quality and performance of a molded motor by forming a gate for filling resin in a mold in a direction for operating a force that the divided surfaces are contacted on the divided surface of a core with filled resin, thereby minimizing magnetic loss. CONSTITUTION:A stator 4 which is formed in a ring shape by completely winding together with a core 3, is set in a cavity 2' which is provided in a lower mold 2, and sealed with an upper mold 1. A key 7 is axially provided at the core 3, and the hole of the slot of a core is matched to the key, thereby preventing split cores from laterally separating to the right and left. Two gates 5 of resin inlets are provided on a diameter line which is perpendicularly crossed to the divided surface substantially at the center of the thickness of the core. Molding resin 6 is filled in the cavity 2' from the gates 5 while applying a force in the direction for urging the bonding surfaces 4' of the split stators 4 to one another. In this manner, the quality and reliability of a molded motor can be improved without increasing the gap of the bonding surfaces. |
