PURPOSE:To obtain an image with high resolution, by scanning on the same locus as that of a scanning line scanned a beam after completion of one horizontal scanning, and charging even in the flyback time to decrease capacitive after image. CONSTITUTION:A saw tooth wave outputted from a saw tooth wave generating circuit 33 is superposed on a vertical deflection signal and supplied to a vertical deflection coil 27. This coil 27 sweeps excited electron beam 4 in the vertical direction. Consequently, the saw tooth wave in the negative direction is superposed by a vertical deflection signal in a horizontal flyback time. Accordingly, by adjusting the voltage of saw tooth wave of the circuit 33 by a variable resistor 34, a flyback line 12A returns in superposition on the locus of a flyback line 11. By charging electric charge even in flyback time, capacitive after image can be reduced. |
