PURPOSE:To obtain a skin cosmetic having proper astriction and excellent effects on the skin free from side effects to cause disorder, containing a bonded substance of chondroitin sulfate ion and an astringent metallic ion. CONSTITUTION:A skin cosmetic such as foundation, cream or astringent lotion is blended with usually 0.05-20.00wt.% based on cosmetic base of a bonded substance of chondroitin sulfate ion and an astringent metallic ion such as zinc chondroitin sulfate or aluminum chondroitin sulfate as an astringent agent to give a skin cosmetic capable of preventing make-up collapse by development of sweating inhibition caused by astriction, suppressing chapped skin or skin dryness of existing astringent agent, having excellent water retention on the skin and maintaining the skin moist and smooth. |
