<p>A home chocolate processing apparatus, which comprises a casing (1), a bowl (2) removably mounted in the casing for accommodating a coating, moving means in the casing coupled to the bowl for rotating the bowl, heating means in the casing in operative proximity with the bowl for melting and coating, cooling means in the casing in operative proximity with the bowl for cooling the coating, baffle (4) means mechanically mounted to the casing to keep separate the unprocessed lump coating and the processed melted coating, scraper (19) means attached mechanically to the baffle situated so as to scrape molten coating from the bowl into a rotating molten pool of coating thereby providing agitation to the molten coating, and control means electrically connected to the heating means and the cooling means for controlling the heating and cooling of the coating.</p> |
