CONSTITUTION: A stability measuring system for a multi-stepped light receiving optical rotator which has a sensor includes a light source(300) for generating parallel light, a rotator(310) for receiving the parallel light, a rotation supporting part(320) fixing the rotator via a rotation bearing, a spin-up unit(330) for rotating the rotator and controlling the rotation velocity of the rotator, a sensor(340) for sensing signal reflected against the rotator, a signal amplifier(350) for amplifying the signal received from the sensor, and a signal comparison/computation processor(360) for storing the amplified signal and comparing/computing a value of the signal.
