PURPOSE: The device and method for separating protein using a rotary typed flat board membrane are provided, therefore the membrane pollution by a gel layer can be minimized and materials of the membrane are changeable according to samples. CONSTITUTION: The device for separating protein comprises a membrane module disk, and flat board typed filtering membranes having 0.8 to 3.0 μm of pores and installed top and bottom of the membrane module disk, wherein the membrane module disk is installed within the device; the distance of the upper and lower flat board type filtering membrane is 20 mm; the temperature of the device is 18 deg. C; the flat board type filtering membrane is made from Ultipor nylon having diameter of 150 mm; the filtering membrane is washed with NaOH water. The method for separating protein comprises the step of centrifuging the device using the rotary typed flat board membrane at 400 to 1,600 rpm. |
