<p>This device comprises a cannula (3) intended to be connected to a pump (7) which is capable of aspirating the fat through openings (30) provided at the end of the cannula when the latter is introduced under the skin and into the fatty tissue; according to the invention, means (9, 8) are provided for driving the cannula (3) in rotation about its own axis (X-X'). The rotation of the cannula facilitates the movements of the cannula within the fatty tissue, allowing the practitioner to operate gently and without excessive physical force.
