PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption of a whole blower during standby and to stabilize a voltage to be supplied to a logic circuit during its actual operation by controlling to switch the transistor bias resistor of a stabilized power source circuit of low voltage side. CONSTITUTION:Since a photocoupler 17 is in an interrupted state during standby in which a fan motor 2 is not driven, the power consumption of a whole blower is reduced. The photocoupler 17 is conducted during its actual operation, and a transistor 10 mainly depends upon a bias resistor 16. Thus, the current to be consumed of a logic circuit 15 is increased. Accordingly, the conducting time of the photocoupler 17 is controlled by the circuit 15 itself with respect to increase/decrease in the power consumption of the circuit 15 to suppress the variation in a power source voltage to be applied by a stabilized power source 12, thereby holding its stability. |
