PURPOSE:To preclude electrostatic breakage caused between a conductive substrate and a lower magnetic film by connecting the conductive substrate electrically to a lower or upper magnetic film laminated on the conductive substrate through a metallic film. CONSTITUTION:A slanting cut part is provided by polishing, etc., to part of an antifloating surface 12 of one end part as an air flowing-out end 11 and an insulating layer 3, the lower magnetic film 4, a gap layer 5, a coil layer 6, the upper magnetic film 7, and a protective film 8 which are laminated, and the metallic film 14 is stuck to connect the substrate 2, and lower magnetic film 4 and upper magnetic film 7 electrically to each other, so that they are held at the same potential. Consequently, the electrostatic breakages caused between the substrate 2 and lower magnetic film 4 is prevented. |
