<p>PURPOSE:To print addition information in the vicinity of the hard copy printing of a copy only by depressing a copy key by dividing the addition information such as the name of a security corporation, merchandise commercial message into pre-printing data and post-printing data, registering and recording. CONSTITUTION:A printer device 12 for printing information previously storing in the vicinity of the hard copy printing of a screen or before or after thereof and a key board 10 for inputting the information printed in the printer device 12 are provided. Then, the addition information registered and recorded in the data storage device 7 is edited together with screen information displayed on a display device at the time of key inputting the copy key of the key board 10 and printed in the vicinity of the hard copy printing of the screen or before of after thereof. Thereby, the addition information such as the name of the security corporation, the merchandise commercial can be freely set without changing a lay out on the screen.</p> |
