PURPOSE:To use a general automatic teller machine device being installed for a payment by only changing a program by providing a payment receiving center, previously registering payment information and inputting a returned receiving number to the automatic cash transaction device to simplify a payment operation. CONSTITUTION:Initially, a customer informs the payment to the payment receiving center 3 from a telephone set 1. After the completion of the input of the payment information, the center 4 informs the returned receiving number to the customer to complete the registration. Thereby, since the payment information can be previously inputted from the telephone set, a troublesome input operation can be saved to execute a payment transaction in a short time. Since a medium such as a payment card, a HIRAGANA (Japanese syllabary) keyboard is not required, the payment transaction can be executed in the general automatic teller machine. |
