<p>PURPOSE:To easily detect the abnormality of a control rule to be the base of a fuzzy inference, an erroneous housing, etc., by utilizing the change of a curved line to indicate the change of a fuzzy variable. CONSTITUTION:The control rule concerning a plant control is inputted to a control rule abnormality detector 6, and housed into a control rule table. Next, the fuzzy variable in the control rule table is processed into a graph in respect of a necessary parameter. The change rate of the fuzzy variable change of the graphed control rule or the polarity of the change rate of the fuzzy variable are further obtained. Since the polarity of the change rate of the fuzzy variable does not change in the case of the normal control rule table, by checking the change rate of the fuzzy variable of the control rule, the normal control rule can be detected. The detecting process of the abnormality of the control rule and its result are displayed on a display device 7.</p> |
