A high purity aluminum foil is dipped into etching solution, and the starting temperature of etching solution is above 70≦̸C. The etching of Al foil is carried out by electric current of DC with intermittence of 5 second. The etching solution is composed of HCl and water, and an additive of H3PO4 and HNO3. A electric power is 400mA, 10VDC per 1cm2 of Al foil. The currunt intemittence occurs for at least more than 10 minutes.
