发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING RESIDUAL STRESS AND CAMBER OF H-SHAPED STEEL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To decrease residual stresses and to accurately control the camber to be generated during rolling by spraying a cooling liquid near to the fillet part of an H-shaped steel by a 1st nozzles, then spraying the cooling liquid in the transverse direction of flanges by the 2nd nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The 1st nozzles 18 and the 2nd nozzles 16 are respectively mounted to nozzle headers 20, 22. The cooling liquid is sprayed near to the fillet part 10R of the H-shaped steel 10 from the 1st nozzles 18 to cool said part and the cooling water is sprayed in the transverse direction of the flanges of the H-shaped steel 10 from the 2nd nozzles 16 to cool the flanges. The vertical positions of the 2nd nozzles 16 are parted by a prescribed distance from the central position in the fillet part 10R of the H-shaped steel 10. The cooling liquid to be sprayed from the 2nd nozzles 16 to the flange surface is preferably confined to >=1/2 the flange width B and the cooling width W is preferably confined to W>=0.5B. The longitudinal shape of the H-shaped steel is thereby made into a desired shape.</p>
