PURPOSE:To prevent an optical system from being enlarged accompanied with a red erasing device and to lower the required degree of surface accuracy and fitting accuracy of a filter by constituting a system of 6 mirrors and arranging the red erasing device between the 5th mirror and 6th mirror. CONSTITUTION:An original 2 placed on a contact glass 1 provided on the top plate of a copying machine is irradiated in terms of slit by an exposure lamp 3 and the reflected light is formed into an image on a photosensitive drum 12 through a 1st mirror 4, a 2nd mirror 5, a 3rd mirror 6, a lens 7, a 4th mirror 8, the 5th mirror 9, the red erasing device 10 and the 6th mirror 11 which are arranged, then the image is formed as a latent image on the photosensitive drum 12. Since the red erasing device 10 is not provided in an optical path where a lens and a mirror move, their movement is not disturbed. Then, the optical system can be miniaturized and the required degree of surface accuracy and fitting accuracy can be lowered. |
