PURPOSE:To prevent a heater coil from shifting in position and generation of crack by burying a heater coil in wall parts of dividing bodies through a division body in 2 processes through dividing the division body in which a heater coil is buried to an inner and an outer periphery portions. CONSTITUTION:Of divided bodies which are divided a ceramic vortex chamber in the direction, one having a heater coil in buried on inner periphery side wall portion 11U or outer periphery side wall portion 11S of the divided bodies is injection molded with the heater coil 14. Next, the other is injection molded on outer periphery side or inner periphery side of the one in lower injection temperature than the injection temperature of the one. After the injection molding a formed body composed of the one and the other is sintered. Thus, it can be done to prevent the heater coil from shifting in position and to prevent generation of crack. |
