PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed of data and to make easy a program preparation for data processing by providing a delimiter to indicate the termination of the execution of an instruction in an instruction word and repeating the execution of the instruction until the delimiter of higher priority rank is detected in the data read out. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means 5 compares the delimiter read out of a data storage means 1 by the address designation of an address generating means 2 with the delimiter stored in an instruction word storage means 3 and when the priority rank of the delimiter read out is higher than that of the delimiter in the instruction word storage means 3 or they are the same priority rank, a detection signal is outputted to a control means 4. That is to say, when the priority rank of the delimiter read out is lower than that of the delimiter in the instruction word storage means 3, the control means 4 repeats the processing in accordance with the instruction word but at the time of the higher rank or the same priority rank, the processing is terminated in accordance with the instruction word by the detection signal. Thus, the data of an arbitrary length can be processed with one instruction and the processing speed can be widely improved. |
