PURPOSE:To obtain an aqueous solution, capable of preventing viscosity rise and suitable as a machining and working fluid, such as cutting or grinding, by bonding water to a coupling oiling agent through a surfactant and simultaneously bonding the above-mentioned oil to an oily agent. CONSTITUTION:Water 1 is bonded to a coupling oiling agent 2, such as machine or sulfurized oil through a surfactant 3, such as ether type nonionic surfactant or boric amide based surfactant, to form an emulsion of the water and the above-mentioned oiling agent. The afore-mentioned oiling agent 2 is then bonded to an oily agent 4, such as fat glyceride or chlorinated paraffin, having lubricating action and incompatible with the above-mentioned surfactant to afford the aimed aqueous solution. |
