PURPOSE: A repair apparatus for the cracks in a concrete structure is provided to improve work efficiency by repairing the cracks in a concrete structure and placing repair agents rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The repair apparatus for the cracks in a concrete structure comprises: many cover plate members(10) bolted along the cracks in a concrete structure; an L-shaped pipe member(20) whose one end is screwed on the cover plate member(10); a T-shaped pipe member(30) whose one end is screwed on one end of the L-shaped pipe member(20) and the other end is screwed on the cover plate member(10); a main pipe member(40) whose one end is screwed on the T-shaped pipe member(30); and a repair agent supply member(50) provided with a T-shaped supply pipe(51) screwed on the spiral end of the main pipe member(40) and a repair agent supply unit(52) connected to the T-shaped supply pipe(51) to supply repair agents at the appointed pressure.
