PURPOSE: A method for managing a dedicated signaling bearer to supply a broadcast service in a mobile communication system is provided to generate dedicated Iur signaling connections assigned to each MBMS, and to manage the generated signaling connections, thereby effectively exchanging an MBMS control message between RNCs(Radio Network Controllers). CONSTITUTION: The first dedicated Iur signaling bearer(510) is generated for UEs for setting the first RNC to an SRNC(Serving RNC) while setting the second RNC to a DRNC(Controlling RNC) among UEs receiving a specific MBMS. Among the UEs, the second dedicated Iur signaling bearer(520) is generated for UEs for setting the first RNC to a DRNC while setting the second RNC to an SRNC. The first RNC and the second RNC transmit an RNSAP(Radio Network Subsystem Application Part) message by using a proper one of the Iur signaling bearers(510,520), depending on whether a subject for generating the RNSAP message is the SRNC or the DRNC(CRNC).
