PURPOSE:To rotate a turbine increasing its speed in accordance with acceleration of an engine by providing the turbine, bypass valve controlling a bypass line to be opened and closed for exhaust from the turbine to detour and a control means closing the bypass valve in accordance with a rack moving speed exceeding a preset speed when the engine is in acceleration. CONSTITUTION:When an engine 2 is accelerated in a transfer from its low loaded condition (exhaust bypass region) to high loaded condition (engine driven region), in accordance with a rack increasing its moving speed exceeding a preset value corresponding to a large change of an engine load, a bypass valve 16 is controlled so as to be forcedly closed. Thus properly ensuring an increase of pressure in an exhaust passage 3 supplying exhaust to a turbine 4, a smooth increase of an output is obtained for an instantaneous acceleration control of the engine. |
