<p>PURPOSE:To increase the lead angle of a ball screw with a simple structure by inclining radial roller bearing in which part of the inner periphery of the inner wheel is engaged within the valleys of a threaded shaft, along the lead angle of the valleys and mounting it in a housing. CONSTITUTION:When a threaded shaft 2 rotates, the parts which are engaged with the valleys 1 on the inner periphery of inner wheels 4a,4b, 4c of bearings 5a, 5b, 5c are guided via the valleys 1 to move along the shaft 2. Simultaneously, the inner wheels 4a, 4b, 4c are rotatably driven by the shaft 2, and a housing 3 is moved along the shaft 2 without rotating around the shaft 2. Since the structure thus becomes extremely simple and the threads are not cut in the housing, the iclination of the bearing can be made coincident to the lead angle even if the lead angle alpha of the valleys is large or small to freely correspond to it. Accordingly, the lead angle of the valleys can be freely selected in a wide range, and any restriction is unnecessary.</p> |
