PURPOSE:To prevent a density detection pattern from superposing on a state which exceeds a cleaning ability by deviating more by a time when the recording information of at least one separated color of the density detection pattern is not mutually superposed on the recording information of other separated colors on a transfer belt. CONSTITUTION:In one of four sets of recording devices 13Y, 13M, 13C and 13Bk having the same constitution, the recording device 13C is provided with a photosensitive body 14C besides a laser light projecting device 12C. An electrification charger 15C, an exposure position by the laser light projecting device 12C, a developing device 16C and a transfer charger 17C, etc., are equipped on a photosensitive body 14C. With respect to exposure timing for the respective photosensitive bodies 14 of the recording information of each separated color of an original image, the time is deviated more by the time when the recording information of at least one separated color of the density detection pattern is not mutually superposed on the recording information of other separated color on the transfer belt 21. Thus, the toner image of the toner density pattern can be prevented from being superposed and transferred on the transfer belt 21 more than necessary. |
