PURPOSE: To reduce power consumption by performing the input control of the fan driving motor provided to a cleaner main body by the signal from a light detection part and performing the control changing the width of the input change of the fan driving motor on the basis of the difference in the number of the light detection parts cut off from light. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional thyristor 21 performing the phase control of the voltage applied to a fan driving motor 12 on the basis of the signal from the phase control circuit 20 provided in a main body 11 is provided. When dust passes, a signal is sent from a dust detection circuit 23 to a dust size discrimination circuit 24 and the input of the motor 12 is raised by a prescribed rise width through the phase control circuit 20. By this constitution, the rise of input at a time when dust is little and a floor surface is not too contaminated is suppressed until suction force fitted to the contamination of the floor surface is obtained to reduce power consumption. |
