PURPOSE:To prevent the burning of a motor from being generated, by switching the motor from operating to stopping, with the logical product of the non- working of a detection switch working with the energy of an electromagnetic brake and the working of a time limiting switch. CONSTITUTION:The controller of a motor 1 is composed of an electromagnetic brake 2, electromagnetic contactors 4-5 for normal rotation and reverse rotation, a rectifier 6, a resistor 7, electromagnetic contactors 9-10, switches 11-13 for stopping, normal rotation, and reverse rotation, a timer 14, and the like. Then, a switching means 30 for switching the motor 1 to operation or stopping is composed, and the motor 1 is stopped and protected, or operation like this is executed. Besides, a detection switch (relay) 21 connected to a resistor or the like for determining the attracting current of the electromagnetic brake 2 and working with the applied energy of the brake 2, a time limiting switch (timer) 23, a relay 22, and their contacts are arranged. Then, by the applied energy of the electromagnetic brake 2, the time limiting switch 23 is worked, and at the time of the non-working of the detection switch 21 of the applied energy of said brake 2, the switching means 30 is switched to the stopping of the motor 1. |
