PURPOSE:To simplify the processing of a photosensitive material with a small scale automatic processor by increasing the replenishing amount of a replenisher coming from a replenisher tank with a processing amount of said material, and by replenishing an over-flow solution of a processing tank to the replenisher tank. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material is processed by increasing the replenishing amount of the replenisher coming from the replenisher tank of the automatic processor per unit area of the photosensitive material fed to a photographic processing tank with the processing amount of said material, and by replenishing the over-flow solution of the processing tank to the replenisher tank. For example, the replenisher is fed to a color development processing tank (d) and a bleach-fix processing tank (e) through a pump P from a color developing replenisher tank (a) and a bleach-fixing replenisher tank (b) respectively. The overflow solutions coming from each tanks (d) and (e) are again replenished to the tanks (a) and (b) respectively. And, the photosensitive material (h) to be processed is detected with an infra-red sensor (g), and the accumulated processing amount of said material (h) is calculated with the CPU whereby the necessary amount of the replenisher is replenished to the processing tank (a) from the repenisher tank (c). |
