PURPOSE:To provide a compact supersonic tool having any sectional configura tion by supplying a piezo-electric element material, resonator material and tool material sequentially to a sintering die to bake and mold integrally the supersonic tool. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric element 2 material of mixture of 40% (volume ratio Vol) of fine powder of piezo-electric ceramics such as PLZT doping titanic acid, zirconium acid lead (PZT) and La and 80%(Vol) of piezoelectric high polymer material of fluorine resin polyfluoride vinyliden(PVDF) system with high inductivity, a resonator 3 material having synthetic resin of fluorine resin PVDF system mixed with 60% of fine Ni powder and a tool 4 material containing synthetic resin of fluorine resin PVDF system mixed with grains are sequentially supplied to a sintering mold. Next, these materials are heated at 200-230 deg.C in the mold for about 5 minutes to provide a united supersonic tool having a desired sectional configuration. By axially vertically vibrating the supersonic tool thus sintered and integrally molded is securely polished a vertical concave groove in a false tooth at any angle. |
