PURPOSE:To form a magnet being changed into anisotropy to a plane shape and having high performance by heating and pressing an amorphous or crystalline fine granular alloy based on R, Fe, B in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, manufacturing a solid body-shaped sintered body and pushing the sintered body at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous or crystalline fine granular alloy mainly comprising Fe and Nd or Pr and B is heated and pressed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere such as an inert gas (such as Ar gas), N2 gas or a vacuum, and a hollow body- shaped sintered body is manufactured, and extruded at a high temperature, and turned into anisotropy to a plane shape. A temperature range of 600-800 deg.C is preferable as the conditions of extrusion at the high temperature at that time. Accordingly, a magnet being converted into anisotropy to the plane shape and having high performance is acquired. |
