PURPOSE:To prepare a composite molding wherein a resin and a shining material are firmly integrated, by a method wherein a hot-melt adhesive is applied on one side of a shining metal sheet, which is subjected to a stamping work, then integrally processed with a molten resin. CONSTITUTION:A shining material 7 wherein a stainless foil 2 and a hot-melt adhesive are integrated is stamped out, and is set in an injection molding mold, a rigid resin such as glass fiber-containing polypropylene is melt injected therein to form a base 3. Further a flexible resin is melt injected between the shining material 7 and the base 3 to cover both sides of the stainless foil 2 of the shining material 7 to obtain a finished product. In the plastic molding process, the sectional face of the shining material is flat at the time of the stamping process, and the hot-melt adhesive 4 is uniformly made to have a firm adhesion with the resin. |
