<p>PURPOSE:To enable a space in a vessel to be effectively used, by float-setting a resistor on the sea without setting it in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:When a burden 26 is lifted up with a crane 18, then the power of a generator 12 is fed to a motor 20 via a switchboard 16. The power is fed also to a load 14 in a vessel. On the other hand, when the burden 26 is moved down with the crane 18, then inverse power generated on the motor 20 is fed to the load 14 in the vessel via the switchboard 16, but when the reverse power is too much to be fed to, then it is fed to a water resistor 24 via a land current connecting box 22. As a result, a space in the vessel can be effectively used.</p> |
