<p>PURPOSE:To permit cooking while keeping indoor air clean, by a method wherein upward jet stream of air is made at an intermediate position between a heating cooker and a hood while one part of air in the hood is purified by an air purifying means and is used for air generating the air stream. CONSTITUTION:When a fan 6 is driven during heating cooking in a gas range, smoke, smell and the like, generated by the gas range, are rolled immediately into the stream of vortex by a vortex phenomenon generated by the jet stream of air from nozzles 41,..., then, are raised and sent into a hood 2 whereby a room will never be filled with the smoke and smell during cooking and indoor air may be kept clean. One part of air in the hood 2 is filtrated by a filter 8 and is sent from a communicating tube 5 into a ventilating air tube 4, therefore, the load of suction and exhaust of the hood 2 may be reduced compared with a case, in which the smoke is disposed by only the hood 2, and, accordingly, a small capacity in the suction of the hood 2 may be enough to dispose the smoke.</p> |
