PURPOSE:To reduce heat generation, oscillation, and noise in a low-speed area, by shortening the period of allotted exciting voltage application according to the lowering of a speed. CONSTITUTION:By output signal from a processing section 1, a pulse motor 42 in a signal transmitting mechanism section 2 and a pulse motor 52 in a signal receiving mechanism section 3 are driven. In this case, as the pulse motors 42, 52 come to a low speed with driving signal, a device is controlled so that the ratio (rate) of an actual exciting voltage application period to an alloted period may be made less. Then, a conduction power rate is reduced, and so heat generation quantity at the time of a low speed can be made less. Besides, oscillation and noise are prevented from being generated due to excessive torque at the time of the low speed. |
