PURPOSE:To form a film of a uniform thickness through adjustment of a resin passage gap at the end of lips of a flat die, by providing division lips at the end of the lips. CONSTITUTION:The end of a fixed lip of a conventional flat die is partly cut out, and division lips 16 and 17 separately prepared are inserted in the cutouts. Magnitudes of gaps GA and GB at the discharge opening of a fixed lip and an adjustment lip 12 are adjusted, The adjustment of GA and GB is conducted by controlling an adjustment bolt 18 and nut 19, and a film of a uniform thickness is formed by eliminating difference of the thickness of the edge part of the film 1. |
