PURPOSE: To make it possible to uniformly act load on working surfaces by coupling the top and bottom ends of a moving jaw via elastic members to a housing. CONSTITUTION: The stationary and moving jaws 2, 3 are arranged in the housing 1. The working surface of this moving jaw 3 is formed at a pulverizing (polygonal) line having ruggedness and a vibrator 8 is fixed to the moving jaw 3. The upper and lower ends of the moving jaw 3 are coupled via the elastic members 4, 5 formed as, for example, complex type rubber pads, to the housing 1. Namely, the uniform load may be applied on the moving jaw when flat pulverizing materials, such as wall panels of buildings, are pulverized.
