PURPOSE:To prevent an unnecessary image from going into an image of an object to be photographed and to improve reliability by forming as one body a thin film-like lead electrode being transmissible against X-rays on a base material so as to be continued from an electrode of a photoelectric converting part and extending it to the outside of a photographing area. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is installed so that its one side 2a part comes into contact with one side of an X-ray photographing area 2, and a foundation electrode 3 whose lead part 3b extends by prescribed width 3c in the side 2a part direction is provided at a prescribed distance from the one side 2a part of the base material 1. On the upper surface of a sensitive part 3a of the foundation electrode 3, a semiconductor active layer 4 consisting of amorphous silicon is formed. Also, on the upper surface of the semiconductor active layer 4, a transparent electrode 5 consisting of, for instance, SnO2 is formed. As for the transparent electrode 5, a transparent electrode lead part 5b is extended and provided with narrow width extending from its sensitive part 5a to the side 2a direction. Moreover, on the whole surface of the upper surface of the transparent electrode 5, an X-ray-light converting part 6 whose planar shape is almost the same shape as the X-ray photographing area, and which consists of, for instance, ZnS is provided. In such a way, the connection to a lead from an external equipment can be executed outside of a photographing range of an object to be photographed, and it does not occur that a shadow of a lead wire is reflected in an image.
