PURPOSE: To improve the economical efficiency of copy generation by forming and storing picture segments by a line oriented format, reading out data by a printer signal control part in a coupling means and filling a buffer store with data. CONSTITUTION: A computer system 1 includes an interface module 3 having interfaces 4, 5 and a picture processing means 2. The input of a display screen 7 is connected to the output of the means 2 through a line 6 and the output of the screen 7 is connected to a laser printer 9 through a coupling means 8. The printer 9 includes a printer unit 10, a control unit 11, a logical unit 12, and an interface 13 and a serial input 14 which correspond to the interfaces 4, 5. The means 8 can be directly connected to the additional output of the screen 7 through a line 15. Consequently copies can be ecomonimically generated. |
