The machine for permeating the spice deeply into the skin of the raw squid scrapes the skin fibre of the raw squid first to permeate the water into the cut fibre. The first processed squid meat is transfered to the manual operation part to scrap again the meat with depth of 2-10mm so that the squid meat is soften enough to soak up the spice. |
