PURPOSE:To improve an igniting characteristic and enable an automatic changing-over operation to be carried out by a method wherein a control unit for controlling a damper device is arranged so that indoor air is supplied to a burner when operation is started through an operating instructing device and outdoor air is supplied to the burner part after starting combustion. CONSTITUTION:A rear upper part of a main body 1 of a heating unit is provided with an opening 3 for sucking hot air and a front lower part of it is provided with a hot air blowing port 4. An electric damper 22 of a damper device is provided with a damper plate 22B operated with a solenoid 22A. As the solenoid 22A is energized with electricity, an air supplying passage 19 for outdoor air is closed. In turn, when an electrical energization is terminated, a passage 20 merging with the air supplying passage 19 is closed. Air supplied to a burner 5 is changed over to outdoor air and indoor air.Damper control unit 24 may input an operation start signal through an instruction device 23 to energize the solenoid 22A. After about 2 to 5 minutes elapse upon starting combustion of a gasification burner 10, electrical energization is terminated. That is, when the operation is started, the indoor air is supplied to the burner 5 and after starting combustion, the outdoor air is supplied. |
