PURPOSE:To make a mechanically strong decorative laminate by a reduced number of processes, by performing a specific groove forming and resin filling in a crook part of an acrylic artificial marble plate. CONSTITUTION:A groove 4 of a width(l) and a depth(d) corresponding to a radius of curvature R of a curved surface part 3 is formed on the rear side of an acrylic artificial marble plate 1. As a stock elongates on one side of the surface of the crook part while contracts on the other side in the case of a crook processing, the thickness(t) of the crook part is decided so that the difference between the rate of elongation and that of contraction does not exceed a value fixed with respect to the radius of curvature. Then the stock is heated and softened, and is subjected to a crook processing. After the crook part is hardened, a resin filler of the same color as that of the artificial marble plate 1 is injected in the groove 4 to reinforce the mechanical strength of the curved surface part 3. |
