PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of the assembling method by electrically connecting a 2nd reed frame to an electrode of a piezoelectric element stuck to a diaphragm and then cutting off coupling parts to mutually separate the 1st and 2nd reed frames. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric buzzer A is fixed on the upper left position of an upper case 1 of a clock and provided with a pizeo-electric diaphragm consisting of a diaphragm 2 and a piezoelectric element 3. A reed frame R is composed of two reed frames, i.e., the 1st reed frame 5 for connecting a reed piece 2a to one output terminal 4a of an alarm circuit and the 2nd reed frame 6 for connecting the electrode 3 of the piezoelectric element to the other output terminal 4b of the alarm circuit, and the reed frames 5, 6 are unitedly coupled by two coupling parts B, C. After loading all parts on the upper case 1, a lower case is fixed to the upper case 1 and a cutting edge is inserted into a through hole to execute cutting work for the coupling parts B, C. |
