发明名称 CERAMIC STRUCTURE CONTAINING OXDATION-RESISTANT METAL CONDUCTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To burn out a binder in air by forming a multilayered ceramic complex structure including inside a conductor made of an alloy with copper as the base for burning out a binder in air. CONSTITUTION: A metallic conductor is constituted of an alloy made of copper and zinc as the additive, and oxidation resistance is imparted to the metallic conductor to maintain the resistivity of a pattern to a value less than about three times that of pure copper at the time of burning out a thermoplastic organic binder in air by the additional amounts of zinc. Then, the oxidation of the metallic conductor is limited for maintaining the fusing point of the pattern to a value larger than the sintering temperature of a ceramic structural body, and the dielectric constant of the ceramic structural body to a value less than 10. Also, the percentage by weight of zinc is about 3% to 25%. Thus, an organic binder resin can be completely burned out in air without deteriorating any ceramic layer.</p>
