<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of valves by providing valve holes in a valve seat at the lower end part of the entrance and exit opening of adsorption tower, connecting the holes with gas entrance and exit pipes, and providing the disk type valve having a through hole allowed to meet the valve seat holes by revolving the valve. CONSTITUTION:The entrance and exit pipes 11a-11d are connected to the valve seat holes 14 of the valve seat 13 attached to the outer cylindrical main body at the lower part of an adsorption tower 10. The disk type valve 15 is driven by a motor 20 so as to bring the hole 16 of the disk type valve 15 to meet the valve seat hole 14 so that gas can be flowed through the entrance and exit pipe 11a-11d respectively. Thus, the gas to be charged or discharged into or from the adsorption tower main body is changed over in order with the result the number of valves of pressure swing adsorption apparatus is reduced.</p> |
