<p>PURPOSE:To prevent ice and snow accretions from growing into cylindrical forms by providing a fixed clamping part at least at one part of each conductor. CONSTITUTION:Two conductors C1, C2, mooring their both end parts E1, E2, are mutually connected by two or more spacers 1. The spacer 1, in a side of its fixed clamping part 2, is fixed to the conductors C1, C2 and they are able to rotate freely for the spacer 1 in a side of its rotary clamping part 3. The spacer 1 is mounted in a manner wherein its fixed clamping part 2 is provided existing in at least one part of the conductors C1, C2. Consequently, each conductor C1, C2 is unable to freely rotate together over the length of midspan, being only able to turn individually within a range between the end part mooring points E1, E2 and the fixed clamping part 2 and between the mutually adjacent fixed clamping parts 2. Accordingly, when a space between a mounting position of the spacer 1 and the fixed clamping part 2 is selected in accordance with a size of the conductor, ice and snow accretions can be effectively suppressed from enlarging their growth into cylindrical forms.</p> |
