ANTICIPATING METHOD FOR TACKY OF STEEL PLATE

摘要

The insulating coatings of phosphoric acid salt generates tackiness on steel plates in a condition of high temperature and high humidity. The method of anticipating tackiness by water, detects the amount of dissolution by pH instrument. The detecting experiment is to dip a steel plate coated with the insulated phosphoric acid salt into an alkali solution of Ca or K. The temperature is over 35≦̸C. The humidity is over 70%.
